From the moment you walk into this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3rd Floor Condo you will feel the stresses of everyday life seep away and relaxation set in. Take in the sites of Marina life and the Courtyard Pool from the balcony that is accessible from the main Living Room and Master Bedroom. You will find yourself melting into the luxurious queen beds that are located in the Master Bedroom and the 2nd Bedroom. Your young vacationers will love the 3rd bedroom that offers them the fun sleeping accommodations of 2 bunk sets. With it's ideal locatio, Summer Breeze places you right in the midst of endless fun. From the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan to the dunes of the State Park and inland lakes and rivers between, you will never have a dull moment. Downtown activities including dining, shopping, kids activities, and much more are only a few short steps out your door! If you ever find yourself in the mood to spend a day lounging at the complex you will still have plenty of options to stay busy including swimming and sunbathing at the Outdoor Heated Pool, relaxing in the Outdoor Jacuzzi or utilizing the onsite Fitness Room. Underground parking is available for one vehicle per unit.**NOTE**: Summer peak 7 (seven) night minimum Saturday to Saturday. Spring, Fall, and off season 3 (three) night minimum. Call for reservations or questions.
Pool is seasonal and generally open from Memorial - Labor Day weekend. Subject to change without notice.

The condo was extremely nice with plenty of room. It was updated and very clean. Had a great location to walk to the beach and town. I would definitely recommend it. The only update it needs is room darkening curtains for the second bedroom

This is my family's second vacation staying at One Ludington Place and I really can't say enough good things about both the town and the condo complex. The cleanliness, amenities, friendly neighbors, and location make this my new favorite vacation spot. This particular unit was spotless, well laid out, and had high end furnishings. I actually slept better on the master mattress than I do at home. I highly recommend this unit and this property and we can't wait to come back on a future vacation. Our favorite local things to do include breakfast at Cafe 106, lunch at Keeper's Fish Shack, and dinners at Styx, Ludington Bay Brewing, Ludington Meat Company. We also had a blast driving the sand dunes at Silver Lake State Park and hiking at Ludington State Park. Stearns Beach in Ludington is also beautiful, clean, well maintained beach that was not very crowded on a July week / weekend.

Clean and new. WE liked the condo stocked with dishes and linen.
Next time we'll go for the building with a better view of the water if possible. But it was all good. Enjoyed the well taken care of lawn and buildings.
The hot tub control had a learning curve to use. I could not lift the plastic cover up to turn the timer knob. Eventually I figured it out.

We just finished our 3rd year staying in this condo for a week. We had a wonderful stay! The unit was clean and comfortably appointed. The kids loved the bunk beds. Everything was in perfect working order. Nicole and Brittany were terrific to deal with. 5 stars!!

The condo and ludington. Had a great time in the area. Disappointed that the pool was closed for 2 1/2 days. This was an embarrassment for me as I was hosting guests from out of state who required the hot tub for health reasons

We could not have been more pleased with the comfortable, well-appointed and clean condo that we found in summer Breeze. We had 6 adults and 1 child of a multi-generational family together for 4th of July week. The location was perfect and in walking distance to everything in downtown Ludington. We utilized the pool many times and the nice grill/deck area in the common area as well. The entire condo complex is nicely maintained. Thank you for sharing your home with our family! We hope to stay with you again.

It would have been nice to have a little more closet space. One of the bedrooms had NO closet and no window.
Also, someone did NOT clean out the shelves in the refrigerator when we arrived. The refrigerator had dirty shelves.
This is our second time staying at Summer Breeze. It did not disappoint. It is very clean and well maintained. We absolutely love to stay here. It’s a perfect spot for a walk to shopping and food. Everything went smoothly from arrival instructions to departure. We are very pleased and would stay again.
