The condo was very clean and in good condition, a lovely modern look. Great location, walking distance to downtown's shops and restaurants. Loud noise when the kitchen water gets shut off and on. One of the bunk beds squeaks and could use some attention (might need minor repair to some of the springs - please fix!). No pillow cases... only pillows/shams in the bedrooms and no extra pillows/cases. Need to include in the description that guests should bring their own pillow and pillow cases- or supply more.

Comfortable and quiet

The condo is in a great location. We walked to downtown, several restaurants within a block or two and of course the water.

Nice condo. Loved the kitchen/great room but the bunk beds were noisy and uncomfortable

With a nice view of the Badger the condo has a very roomy feel even though it's only 2 bedrooms. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, playground and channel. Great place to stay.

We took our three grandkids to this Ludington condo for a few days. Had a great time (although the weather was a little cold). The pool and hot tub were a big hit. Nice condo with all the amenities.

5 to 6 miles per day, just walking to get coffee, to the beach, to shop or to eat! What a great location. A quiet rest each night to reboot. Clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and a great kitchen. 10 out of 10, highly recommended.

House of Flavors is also an easy evening walk for ice cream. The home itself is comfortable and quiet for a good night's rest to prepare for the next wonderful beach day.

I have responded but never got a response back on ??, there were cobwebs (large) in upper corners of windows. A chip clip was protruding from between couch cushions, many lights non funcitonal or missing and last but far from least, this pictures on the ad show a king size bed (one of the most important reason for chosing place) and there was only a Queen...Very dissapointing

We had a wonderful time! All furniture is so comfortable! Great location, and spacious for a 2 bedroom.
